Project Street Outreach
Project Street Outreach (PSO, Inc.)

Providing basic necessities and services to Homeless Veterans, active duty military, and their families in crisis since 2012.

Project Street Outreach (PSO) utilizes a team of volunteers who acts as foot soldiers responsible for going out to identify the homeless community.  We provide homeless Veterans with essential necessities for basic living that include cloths, blankets, sleeping bags, tents, bus passes, gas cards, and food.  Those willing to accept assistance will have access to the project resource referral services.

Veterans  Intake and Authorization Forms.

PSO partners with SCServes - Lowcountry, Tri-County Veterans Support Network, Unite US, and America Serves, a coordinated network of public, private, and nonprofit organizations serving veterans in the Charleston area.  We use a common technology platform to create accountability, formalize communication, and coordinate, information.  With passion and efficiency, we have discovered an effective way to guide veterans and their families to the most appropriate services and resources available to achieve their unique goals.
